How to find us

We are just 5 minutes’ drive from the A31, 20 minutes from Guildford and within easy reach of both the M25 and the M3. The nearby town of Farnham is 3 miles from Waverley Abbey House and less than an hour from London by train. Both Heathrow and Gatwick airports are within 40 minutes’ drive.

Access from London and the M25 is best via the A3, turning off onto the A31, signposted Farnham/ Winchester/Alton.

Access from the South West is best via the A31 from Winchester, which bypasses Four Marks and Alton, taking you onto the Farnham bypass.

Access from the Midlands and West is best via Reading (M4) and Basingstoke, where you should join the M3. From Basingstoke, head towards London on the M3. Leave at junction 5 (signed to Odiham/Farnham).

Once you reach Farnham Station take the left fork immediately after the level crossing. Continue until you see the sign on the left for Waverley Abbey House. The House is on the right, just prior to the sharp left bend over the river.
